Sarah is a certified mental health occupational therapist with over 15 years’ experience across public services and private practice. She has worked with clients supported through GP mental health care plans, NDIS, and DVA funding, and has expertise in mood and personality disorders, psychotic illnesses, and addiction.

With qualifications in occupational therapy, psychology, and community mental health, Sarah combines clinical skill with a compassionate approach. She offers evidence-based counselling informed by CBT and trauma-informed care, supporting clients to build resilience, engage in meaningful daily activities, and take an active role in recovery. Kade is a mental health occupational therapist with 15 years experience working in public and private mental health, across both community and inpatient settings.  He also worked privately with Headspace from 2014–2016. Throughout his career, Kade has developed extensive knowledge and skill in supporting clients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses.

He recognises the profound impact mental health has on daily functioning, relationships, and quality of life. Kade is passionate about helping people navigate challenges using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and OT-specific approaches. He emphasises building on individual strengths for sustained recovery and offers clinical supervision.

He is skilled in assessment and tailoring evidence-based care to individual needs. Holding a diploma in psychological therapies, Darren draws on CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming approaches. He promotes whole-person recovery—psychological, emotional, social, and physical wellbeing while fostering resilience. Darren also provides collaborative ADHD assessments & coaching, plus psychiatry follow-up care & clinical supervision.
